Cardiothoracic Procedures
The Freeman Hospital sees patients from anywhere in the UK and has a national reputation for its expertise in dealing with electrical problems affecting the heart, as well as for angioplasty and heart transplantation. Our comprehensive range of cardiology clinical services and facilities include an 8 bed Coronary Care Unit, 6 catheter laboratories, pacemaker and rehabilitation services in addition to the inpatient wards and outpatient clinics.Freeman Hospital has 57 cardiology beds, and 7 day- case beds.
